OUR STORY

Vaca Churas

We hail from Argentina, the land of the Pampas, The Pumas, Che Guevara, Evita, Maradona and Messi. But most importantly, the land of the gauchos. Where a barbeque (or asado) is not only about ‘eating meat’ but more of a cult of enjoying a nice conversation with friends, drinking a good ‘red’ to only then savour the delicious meat that has been grilled patiently over slow-burning coals. All done with the time that good things take.
So relax, take your time, and get ready to taste the real flavour of the Pampas, right here, in the heart of Auckland.
